The two-pound set fits perfectly in my hands and doesn’t slip during Pilates. I’ve been able to add just the right amount of extra resistance without feeling bulky.

Picked up a set of these in a bright color, and the grip is surprisingly comfortable even during longer sessions. The weight range offered made it easy to find the right resistance for both arms and legs. They're a solid, no-fuss addition to my home setup.

I've been using these during my reformer sessions and the grip stays comfortable even when my hands get sweaty. The size range made it easy to pick a pair that matches where I'm at.
